From the very beginning of motorsports, the quest for speed and success is constantly pursued. Engineers quest for a faster vehicle and drivers look for greater control and safety. What is really necessary in a vehicle? Is there a better way to acheive the same results with better materials and design? To find these answers, Braille Battery works closely with designers, engineers and drivers to develop superior enhancements to the required components of vehicles.

This quest for lightness has lead to our constant pursuit of the best products for our teams and our customers. It all began with one racer looking for a faster way to climb a hill. That racer was the founder of Braille Batteries. He was looking for the fastest way to get to the top of the famous Pikes Peak Hill Climb in the 1999 “Race to the Clouds”. He found the fastest way, becoming the Rookie of the Year and 4 years later a winner of this famous race.

We all have our own hill to climb. It might be the goal of a drifting championship, like Braille Battery sponsored 07 & 08 Formula D winner Tanner Foust. Maybe we dream of winning the 24 Hours of LeMans or Daytona 500 like Braille customers Pratt & Miller Motorsports or Penske Racing.
